Privacy Policy
Updated 2 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data the GRAVICOR website collects, why, who else has access to it and what your rights are.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Vladyslav Krys, a private individual (“we”).
For any questions about your data, write to VladyslavStartUp@gmail.com.
What data we collect
- When you place an order: your full name, phone, email, preferred contact method, country, city, comment and the trike build you chose.
- For spam protection: the IP address the order was sent from. We do not store the address itself — only an irreversible hash of it.
- Your cart is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us until you place an order.
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why
To process your order: to contact you, confirm the build, price and delivery, and to build and hand over your trike. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
- Your consent, given when you place the order.
- Performing the contract and taking steps at your request before entering into it.
- Our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse.
We process data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who else has access
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and order storage.
- Resend (USA) — sending us the email with your order.
- Google (USA) — Google Fonts, YouTube thumbnails and player. These services receive your IP address when the page loads; the YouTube player only loads after you click a video.
- Delivery services — only the data needed to deliver your trike.
Some of these services are located outside Ukraine and the EU. They protect data under their own policies and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep order data for 1 year from the order date and then delete it. We keep it longer only where the law requires it or to meet warranty obligations for a trike you bought.
Your rights
You can:
- find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing;
- object to processing;
- withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect processing that took place before.
To use these rights, write to VladyslavStartUp@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU, to your country's data protection authority.
Security
The website runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only we have access to orders.
